1. General Terms

gtt9 (referred to in this document as "we", "our", or "the platform") is an online betting and casino service provider. By using this website (https://gtt9.cam), you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

For depositing funds on gtt9, we accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method).
• Deposited funds must come only from your own mobile wallet or bank account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or credit cards will not be accepted.
• Using the correct reference or tracking number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). We generally process withdrawals within 1 hour.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements of any bonus have not been met.

3.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions on gtt9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any tax or duty liability is entirely the responsibility of the user. We do not provide any tax-related advice.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own expiry and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is accepted.
• One bonus cannot be combined with another at the same time, unless explicitly stated.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Multiple individuals from the same household or the same IP address may not claim a bonus.

4.3 VIP Program

Our VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Advancement to a higher tier depends on your playing pattern and activity. Full details of VIP benefits will be communicated separately.

5. Gaming Rules

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Coordinating betting strategies with other users (collusion).
• Attempting to bypass restrictions using a VPN or proxy.

7. Limitation of Liability

gtt9 accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss of connection mid-game due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any errors in the software of third-party game providers.
• Damage caused by issues with the user's own device or software.
• Any psychological, physical, or financial harm arising from gaming activity.
• Damage resulting from disclosure of account passwords or details to a third party.

Our total liability under any circumstances will be limited to an amount equivalent to the total deposits held in your account.
